Providing a Faith-Filled Future

    The Drug and Resistance Education Program (DARE) is directed to students in fifth and eighth grades with a brief introduction to students in K-4^th grades.  DARE is financed through the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Department.  HRCS has won recognition for our consistent efforts in promoting drug abuse resistance education and safe schools through the Lafourche Parish School's Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities Programs.  

    Each fall, students and their families culminate the month of drug abuse prevention activities in October with Fall Fun Day.  The day begins with mass and ends with students participating in fun games and activities.
