Father Albertero Santiago - Pastor of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church

Mr. Scott Bouzigard  - Principal

Scott Bouzigard, principal in his 2nd year, holds a Master’s +30 in Education & Administration. His career in education includes coaching, teaching sciences and PE within the South Lafourche public school system, then working as an Assistant Principal at South Lafourche High School until 2005. He and wife, Carla Cheramie Bouzigard, have been married 31 years and have three children, 26-year-old Brenigan, 23 year-old Cambria and 12 year-old Scotty, a 7th grade honor student now at HRCS. Mr. Bouzigard lives by his new motto for HRCS: “Living In Love, Soaring In Faith!”

Advisory Council

The Council’s function is to serve the school in a consultative manner and support the School’s Mission as school ambassadors. Their main function is to keep the school’s finances sound. It is not a communicative tool to solve an individual’s concerns or problems. Areas of concern are to be brought directly to the individual involved. The Diocesan policy states that all Council meetings are normally CLOSED.


Meetings are held every third Tuesday of the month. Your Council is a dedicated group of parents and grandparents who devote countless hours to best serve the entire school.
